Objective:
The Iliad Preschool is the feeder preschool for the Odyssey Family of Schools. While a separate entity, the Iliad prepares children for the structure of preparatory education. Retention was never an issue with the Iliad preschool. Existing families were satisfied, and when younger siblings were ready, these families re-enrolled. 
The Iliad preschool director was opening up a second location, which meant she needed to build awareness and get in front of more local families, build new relationships, and encourage families in the new area to stop by and take a tour. 
In addition, the Iliad preschool was starting a new Mommy and Me program for kids who were not quite ready for preschool, but needed socialization. 
Quandaries:
The Iliad did not have a large marketing budget and felt that word of mouth that worked so well in the past would help fill the gaps. 
The preschool's second location was not fully secured. 
Strategy:
A strategy to increase the enrollment numbers consisted of ads for local magazines and newspapers and social media posts. I created signage to place at the Odyssey schools, at the existing preschool, and be placed at the new preschool location. 
I created a flyer to hand out to existing parents, informing them about the new Mommy and Me program.
